Reusable and available in 7 different sizes, Dia-Cool is a practical solution for maintaining a consistent temperature for your insulin pen, allowing you to stay cool daily. No more worrying about temperature changes - grab your Dia-Cool and go!

Dia-Cool Specification :

  • Fabric composition: 100% Polyester.
  • Hydro Gel Pearls (non-flammable, non-toxic).
  • For washing and care instruction please read the manual carefully.
  • Packaging size: Plastic clip size 15 x 11 x 0.5 cm.
  • Weight: 20-50 grams.

How does it work?

  • Before using the first time, immerse the Dia-Cool insulin cooling wallet in water for 1 hour. Later reloading takes about 20 minutes. Next, dry the Cool-Pack and place it in the outer bag.
  • Depending on the external temperature, the Dia-Cool keeps your insulin cool for at least 48 hours. After that just dip the Cool element in cold water again. The Dia-Cool then cools again.

Shipping and Delivery

All our orders are prepared and sent within a maximum of 72 hours following the confirmation of payment, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to meet the deadline, you will be notified as soon as possible.The products are sent to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.Delivery is free in Europe for any order of 40€ or more.The deliveries are made by Lettre Suivie with tacking code by the French Post service. Once the order is completed, you will receive a tracking code to follow the progress of your package.The delivery times, given as an indication, are D+2 in Metropolitan France, (Corsica, Monaco and Andorra included) and D+3 for the large cities of Europe. Deliveries in the rest of the world vary from 8 to 15 days or more depending on the destination.Once your order has been entrusted to the postal services, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order.

Returns

If unfortunately an item does not meet the expectations of the Customer, we can either exchange it or proceed to a refund and this up to 14 days after receipt of the package by the Customer using this form.
