Sweat, showers, a swim or a sleeve that catches: there are plenty of reasons why the edges of a sensor or pod start to lift before the end of its wear time. Patch Me Up! adhesive patches are cut to the shape of each device and add a second layer of hold around it, so it stays where you put it. The patch does not cover your whole device. It sticks over the device's own adhesive and onto the skin around it, which spreads the hold over a larger surface and keeps the edges flat. The centre of the patch, shaped like your sensor or pod, comes as a separate piece: stick it on top of the device to decorate it, or leave it off.
To help it last, pick a spot away from waistbands, bra straps and bag straps, and pat the patch dry after a shower instead of rubbing it.
The patch reinforces the adhesive on the skin. An armband protects the device from knocks and snags on the upper arm. For the most secure setup, combine both: Dia-Style adjustable armbands, with a clip made for each device, or Dia-Band armbands in soft stretch fabric, from XS to 5XL.
Yes, both names refer to the same product. A Patch Me Up! adhesive patch does not cover your whole device. Each patch is cut for one device family. The FreeStyle Libre 2, 2 Plus and Select share one shape; the FreeStyle Libre 3, 3 Plus and Medtronic Instinct share another; Dexcom ONE uses the Dexcom G6 patches and Dexcom ONE+ the Dexcom G7 patches. Omnipod 5 and Omnipod DASH pods use the same patch.

The adhesive is hypoallergenic and free from latex and phthalates, and the fabric is breathable. If your skin reacts, remove the patch and talk to your diabetes team.
Yes. The patches are made for active days, water included. They add hold around the device but do not make it waterproof: follow your device maker's instructions for water use.
