Nasogastric tube securement tape helps keep NG tubes, feeding tubes, and oxygen tubing comfortably in place during daily care. For parents and caregivers, reliable fixation can reduce accidental tugging during feeding, sleep, and everyday movement: especially for babies, children, and anyone with sensitive skin.

A nasogastric tube is usually fixed to the cheek so that it stays in the right position between tube changes. At home, parents and carers often cut plain medical tape to size, which takes time and does not always follow the shape of the face. Pre-shaped NG tube tape is ready to apply and follows the contour of the nose and cheek.
Clean and dry the cheek, peel the first half of the split backing, place the tape on the cheek, then remove the second half and wrap the narrow end around the tube. The left or right shape depends on the nostril used. Always follow the placement and change routine given by your care team.
The same tape can hold a small oxygen cannula tube. To keep the rest of the tubing in place on clothing, add a tube clip or, for children, a tube pouch.
Choose the shape that matches the side of the face where the tube is taped. Each pack contains only left or only right pieces, in packs of 5 or 10.
It uses a hypoallergenic, latex-free acrylic adhesive on a breathable, stretchable non-woven fabric, designed to be gentle on sensitive skin.
