If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

For physical products, the withdrawal period generally starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

In the portal, enter your order details and select the product(s) concerned. Your request must be submitted before the withdrawal period expires.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the relevant product(s) within 14 days.

Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the product(s) is your responsibility. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, please contact us so we can assist you.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product(s), or until you have provided proof that the product(s) have been sent back.
