Whats size Dia-Band do I need?
Use a tape measure and wrap it around your arm where the band will be worn to protect or cover the pod or sensor. Make sure that the measuring tape fits snugly, you do not have to tighten it firmly though. The pod or sensor does not have to be measured during the measurement.

How to Measure
To make sure you select the correct size, please follow these simple steps to measure your bicep. Note: The measurement should be taken at the spot where your sensor or insulin patch pump is worn, but the sensor or insulin patch pump itself does not need to be included in the measurement.
- Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string to wrap around your arm or where the sensor or insulin patch pump is placed.
- Mark where the tape or string meets and measure it against a ruler.
- Refer to the size chart image below to find your correct size.
Fit Tips
Ensure that the armband is snug without being too tight. It should feel comfortable while staying securely in place, without restricting circulation.
Shipping and Delivery
All our orders are prepared and sent within a maximum of 72 hours following the confirmation of payment, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to meet the deadline, you will be notified as soon as possible.The products are sent to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.Delivery is free in Europe for any order of 40€ or more.The deliveries are made by Lettre Suivie with tacking code by the French Post service. Once the order is completed, you will receive a tracking code to follow the progress of your package.The delivery times, given as an indication, are D+2 in Metropolitan France, (Corsica, Monaco and Andorra included) and D+3 for the large cities of Europe. Deliveries in the rest of the world vary from 8 to 15 days or more depending on the destination.Once your order has been entrusted to the postal services, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order.
Returns
If unfortunately an item does not meet the expectations of the Customer, we can either exchange it or proceed to a refund and this up to 14 days after receipt of the package by the Customer using this form.
