How to wear it
Slide the band up your arm until the sensor or pod sits in the middle of the fabric panel. It should feel snug, not tight: you should still be able to slip a finger under the edge.
Keep it on in the shower and in the pool. The fabric dries quickly and holds the sensor against your skin. It does not seal the sensor, which water-resistant CGM sensors do not need anyway.
There is no adhesive, so nothing to peel off and no glue rash. Wear it at night if your sensor catches on the sheets.

The Dia-Band is designed as a support and protective armband, not as a waterproof barrier. This is clearly stated on the product page, under the heading "NOT WATERPROOF," to avoid any ambiguity at the time of purchase.
However, there is good news: this waterproofing is not necessary because current blood glucose sensors are themselves water-resistant. The Dexcom G7, for example, is waterproof up to a depth of 2.4 meters, and the FreeStyle Libre can withstand immersion up to 1 meter. You can therefore shower and swim with your sensor without worry: the Dia-Band's role is to hold it in place and give it a stylish look, not to make it waterproof.
