A CGM armband (also written arm band) is a stretchy fabric sleeve worn over your glucose sensor or insulin patch pump on the upper arm. It keeps the device from snagging on clothes and door frames, peeling off early or being knocked off. The Dia-Band by Kaio-Dia is an elastic sensor armband with no clip and no adhesive, in sizes for children, teens and adults from 17 to 42 cm arm circumference.

The Dia-Band holds any device worn on the upper arm: FreeStyle Libre 2, 2 Plus, Select, 3 and 3 Plus, Dexcom G6, G7, ONE, ONE+ and Stelo, Simplera Sync, Guardian, Sibionics, Sinocare, Accu-Chek SmartGuide, GlucoMen Day and Medtrum sensors, as well as the Omnipod, GlucoMen Day and Medtrum Nano patch pumps. Because this sensor cover has no clip, it still fits when you change device, for example from the FreeStyle Libre 2 to the Libre 3 or from the Dexcom G6 to the G7.
Wear it at work, at school, for sport and swimming, in the shower, while travelling and at night.
Measure your arm circumference where you wear the device, without including the device in the measurement, then choose the size whose range includes your measurement:
If your child's arm is larger than 23 cm, switch to the adult sizes. All details are in the Dia-Band size chart.
Plain Colors offers the widest size range, from XS to 5XL. NightnDay is extra thin and soft, ideal for the night. Narrow is a slimmer band. Spacy Lacy, in lace, has a more feminine look. An adhesive patch presses the sensor's adhesive edges onto the skin, while an armband shields the device from bumps and snags. Many people combine both, for example for contact sports or heavy sweating: a Patch Me Up! adhesive patch under the armband.
A sensor usually peels off because of sweat, heat and friction, or gets ripped off by a door frame, a sleeve or a seatbelt. Cover it with an armband so nothing can catch its edges, and reinforce the adhesive with a patch as soon as the edges start lifting. Read more in our glucose sensor wear guide.
Wash by hand or in the machine at 30 °C. The fabric dries quickly. After swimming in chlorinated or salt water, rinse it and dry it flat.
Adult models go from XS to 5XL (22-42 cm). The Kids range comes in junior sizes from J.XS to J.XL (17-23 cm), with fun prints and plain colours, and the Teenagers model bridges the two for growing arms. If your child's arm is over 23 cm, move to the adult sizes.
